If you want to see the beach light up, try to arrive between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. to see the Christmas lights brighten the sandy shores. A winter festival kicks off early in December, and what follows is a series of other celebrations, such as Light Up the Night Bike Ride, Twinkling Two-Miler Run, and more.
Ripley’s Festival of Trees
Here is another exhibit that lights up Myrtle Beach. The Ripley’s Festival of Trees celebrates the United States and its territories with 55 magnificent trees decked with area-appropriate decor.
